Travel Policy:
We understand the importance of convenience and offer on-location makeup services. Our team will travel to your preferred location, eliminating the need for you to travel to us. However, additional travel charges may apply based on the distance and location provided by you. Please inquire about these charges during the booking process.

Payment Policy:
GlamBySim accepts payments through various methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms ( bank transfer ). A deposit is required before the confirmation of your booking. Full Payment is due upon completion of the makeup service or beforehand. In case of any outstanding balances, we reserve the right to refuse future services until the payment is made in full.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required in order for Glam By Sim to secure a date/time and confirm your booking. Once the deposit has been paid, Glam By Sim will contact you via email with the booking details to confirm your booking. Deposit must be received before placing a hold on the requested day/time. The deposit is non-refundable in any circumstances.

Makeup Policy:
GlamBySim is committed to providing professional makeup and hair services. While Simran is highly skilled and trained, she cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or harm that may arise as a result of the makeup products used during the service. We encourage clients to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance to take appropriate precautions.

Advertising Consent:
By hiring Glambysim for makeup services, you grant us consent to use your looks, including photographs and videos, for promotional and advertising purposes. This may include showcasing our work on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, or sharing with relevant companies for collaborative opportunities. If you have concerns about the usage of your images, please inform us in writing.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment/booking. We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Policy:
We strive to provide a punctual and efficient service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding in arriving promptly for your scheduled appointment.
